NIMONIC 90 is a wrought nickel chromium cobalt alloy hardened by titanium and aluminium additions and aging. It was developed for creep-resisting service at temperatures up to approximately 920°C. The alloy offers high-temperature strength for highly stressed turbine components and hot-working tools. Solution treatment and aging must match the product form, because bar and sheet use different processing cycles to develop their intended mechanical properties.
Chemical composition
| Element | Weight percent | Element | Weight percent |
| Ni | Balance | Cr | 18.0–21.0 |
| Co | 15.0–21.0 | Ti | 2.0–3.0 |
