HAYNES 263, also known commercially as NIMONIC 263, is an age-hardenable nickel cobalt chromium molybdenum alloy. Gamma-prime precipitation provides elevated-temperature strength, while the annealed material offers good forming and welding behavior. Its fabrication characteristics make it useful for complex turbine components. It is commonly considered for service up to approximately 900°C, with material condition and component stresses determining the practical operating limit.
