Grade: Nickel 201/UNS N02201

Sheet/Plate: 0.3mm-150mm

Strip/Foil: 0.02mm-16mm

Pipe: 6mm*0.5mm-1200mm*100mm

Bar: Ф6mm – Ф600mm

Wire: Ф0.01mm – Ф6mm

Others: Forged Rings, Flanges, Elbows, Tees, Reducers etc.

Standard: ASTM/ASME/AMS

Nickel 201 is the low carbon version of commercially pure Nickel 200. Limiting carbon to 0.02 percent reduces susceptibility to graphitization during elevated temperature exposure, making this grade preferable for many applications above approximately 315°C. It retains useful corrosion resistance and conductivity while offering good ductility for forming. Typical uses include hot caustic equipment, electronic components and parts requiring extensive spinning or cold forming.

Chemical composition

Element Weight percent
Ni plus Co 99.0 min
Fe 0.40 max
Mn 0.35 max
Si 0.35 max
Cu 0.25 max
C 0.02 max
S 0.01 max

Limiting chemical composition in weight percent; nickel includes cobalt. [6]
