Nominal size:
ASME: NPS 1/2–24 under B16.5; large diameter NPS 26–60 under B16.47; EN/JIS/GB/T sizes depend on applicable standard
Pressure rating:
ASME Class 150, 300, 400, 600, 900, 1500, 2500 (availability depends on size/type); EN/GB PN classes; JIS 5K–63K

2507 is a super duplex stainless steel with high chromium, molybdenum and nitrogen contents. Its duplex microstructure provides very high strength together with excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and chloride stress corrosion cracking. It is intended for demanding corrosive services such as seawater, offshore oil and gas, chemical processing and desalination where conventional austenitic grades may not provide sufficient resistance.
