5052 Aluminum Tube/Pipe

Grade: 5052

Size:

Extruded: 6mm*1mm-400mm*40mm

Seamless: 70mm*10mm-270mm*60mm

Forged: 120mm*20mm-1200mm*200mm

Standard: ASTM, AMS, BS etc.

5052 is a non heat treatable aluminum magnesium chromium alloy that combines moderate strength with good weldability and corrosion resistance, including resistance in many marine environments. Annealed seamless tube is suitable for bending and flaring; strain hardened conditions provide higher strength but require tighter control of forming operations. The alloy is used for fluid lines, equipment tubing and welded fabrications. Final suitability depends on pressure, temperature, fluid chemistry and the governing fabrication code.
