7075 Aluminum Plate/Sheet

Grade: 7075

Coil: 0.3mm-3.0mm

Sheet: 0.3mm-300mm

Width: 50mm-2000mm

Standard: ASTM, AMS, BS etc.

7075 is a high-strength aluminum zinc magnesium copper alloy used for demanding aerospace and mechanical components. T6 and T651 prioritize strength, while T73 and T7351 sacrifice some strength to improve stress corrosion resistance. The alloy machines well in hardened conditions but has limited formability and is generally unsuitable for conventional fusion welded structural assemblies. Protective finishing and careful control of grain direction are important for critical applications. Plate is widely used for machined load carrying parts and tooling.
