253MA (UNS S30815, 1.4835) is an austenitic heat-resistant stainless steel with controlled nitrogen and cerium additions. It offers excellent high-temperature strength, creep resistance and superior oxidation resistance up to 1150°C. Compared with conventional 310S, 253MA provides better resistance against flue gas and sulphur-containing atmospheres.
