Quality Control
We implement a closed‑loop, full‑process strict quality‑control procedure. Third‑party re‑inspection appointed by customers is fully acceptable either before shipment or upon goods arrival.
1. Raw‑material incoming inspection
Every incoming raw‑material batch undergoes chemical‑composition and mechanical‑property testing before acceptance. Non‑conforming raw materials are directly rejected to eliminate upstream quality risks.
2. In‑process‑production monitoring
Technical staff monitor key parameters during rolling, cutting and heat‑treatment processes to guarantee dimensional accuracy and mechanical‑performance compliance.
3. Finished‑goods comprehensive testing
Finished products are comprehensively inspected for dimension, surface condition, hardness and chemical composition to prevent non‑conforming goods from being released.
4. Pre‑shipment random sampling inspection
Random sampling inspection is conducted before packing for dual assurance of consistent batch‑to‑batch quality.
