Ti-6AL-4V ELI Bars

Ti-6AL-4V is a general purpose alpha-beta alloy.  The ELI variant is available for fracture critical applications.  This material features moderately high tensile strength, good fatigue strength, intermediate fracture toughness, high resistnace to general corrosion in sea water, and hardenable in sections up to 1″ thick.  6-4 ELI features consistent machineability.  It is stress-releived, eliminating distortion.  It’s longitudinal grain flow enhances strength.
