Cybersecurity startup Tanium is raising a new round

Cybersecurity startup Tanium is raising a new round of funding at a valuation of at least $2.5B, Fortune reported this morning. In March, Tanium raised $52M from Andreessen Horowitz at a $1.75B valuation, which brought the company’s funding total to $143M.

DoubleDutch, a SaaS provider for event organizers, announced $45M in Series E funding led by KKR with participation from BVP, Index and Enspire Capital. This brings the company’s total raised to $79M from a list of 21 investors.

After announcing yesterday that it was pausing operations, personal assistant startup Zirtual has been acquired by startup launch platformStartups.co. Zirtual founder Maren Donovan explains how the company’s burn spiraled out of control and required her to terminate Zirtual’s service (and employees) without notice.
